Layered roofing and a 70-sheet decking replacement
During the Woodbury tear-off, cedar shake was found beneath two asphalt-shingle layers. The revised work included replacing 70 sheets of decking, alongside the roof and gutter work.
The work included
- Removal of cedar shake beneath two asphalt layers.
- Replacement of 70 plywood decking sheets.
- Owens Corning Duration shingles specified in Teak, with underlayment, drip edge, pipe boots, ridge vent and flashing.
- Seamless gutters and downspouts.
The result
Precision completed the roof, decking and gutter work, including replacement of 70 sheets of decking.
