Precision Exteriors (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides roofing, siding, storm damage inspections, and exterior services with license information shown as NJ HIC 13VH13920000 / PA HIC Registration PA214706 / Delaware Business License 2026705572 / Delaware Contractor Registration Certificate DE-2026-000015414. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you share with us.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number or email address, service address, and any message you submit through our forms or communications. Inspection requests need at least one phone number or email address so we can respond.

We may also collect basic technical data when you visit our website, such as IP address, device type, browser, and general usage data, to help us improve the site.

Address Suggestions

The inspection form may offer address suggestions as you type. To return those matches, the partial address text is sent through our website to a low-volume address-search service that uses OpenStreetMap data. Choosing a suggestion is optional, and you may enter whatever property location details you know instead. Address-search text is not sent to Google Analytics.

Address suggestions use OpenStreetMapdata. The property location details you enter are stored with the request only when you submit the form.

Fonts and Maps

This site uses Google Fonts to display its text. Your browser requests the font stylesheet and font files from Google as needed. The Contact page uses an embedded Google Map. Pages with an interactive project map request map tiles from OpenStreetMap when the map loads, usually as you scroll to it. These requests give the providers technical request information, such as your IP address and browser or device details. OpenStreetMap tile requests also show which tiles are needed for the displayed map area.

Fonts and maps support the site’s appearance and map features. They are separate from optional analytics and advertising, and load as needed even when those optional categories are off. Website Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors move through the site, and whether a website form was started or successfully submitted. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or form-message contents to Google Analytics. Phone-link clicks may be measured for site improvement, but they are not counted as completed website leads.

Analytics may process technical information such as device and browser details, page paths, general location information, and an anonymous event identifier. You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, cookie settings, or supported blocking tools.

When advertising attribution is enabled, campaign and referral details may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days so an inspection request can be attributed to the visit that introduced you to the site. This browser record does not contain your name, phone number, email address, property address, or form-message contents.

Precision Pulse shows website activity happening now. When your analytics setting allows it, Pulse uses a temporary tab-session identifier, normalized page path, referring site hostname, device and browser family, and active or idle status. When our trusted hosting connection supplies it, the viewer may show an approximate country, region, or city. Pulse does not store your IP address or receive names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, form fields, form-message contents, URL query strings, or campaign identifiers. It does not create or confirm a lead, call, sale, or other business outcome.

Pulse follows the existing analytics setting: with no saved choice, it starts on by default in the United States. A saved analytics opt-out keeps it off. In every other country, and when we cannot determine your region, it stays off until you opt in. It remains off when GPC is active. You can update or withdraw your choice in Your Privacy Choices. Withdrawal stops Pulse requests and clears its temporary identifier. Other open tabs receive the withdrawal when browser communication is available; a tab that cannot receive it may need to reload. The analytics and advertising category settings keep their regional defaults described above.

Current Pulse visitor state stays in server memory and expires after 60 seconds without a heartbeat. Closed or hidden tabs leave the view sooner when their departure is received. A server restart clears the live view. This viewer does not save visitor histories or create visitor backups. Your temporary identifier uses tab-session storage when available and is cleared when you withdraw or close the tab. Previously collected records are separate from this live viewer and remain subject to their earlier retention policy.

Pulse also keeps hourly activity totals on our own device for up to 90 days so we can see when the website is used. These totals contain tracked tab-session visit counts, peak simultaneous session counts, and the times when collection was running. They contain no visitor identifiers, page paths, referral details, locations, IP addresses, or contact information. Multiple tabs and repeat visits can count separately, so these totals do not identify or count distinct people. The totals stay on our device and are not sent to another analytics provider or backed up by Pulse.

Advertising and Attribution Tools

Precision Exteriors may use a social or advertising attribution tool, such as the Meta Pixel or an advertising-platform measurement tag. When such a tool is enabled, its provider may process technical visit information such as IP address, browser or device details, page path, and campaign click identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, or form-message contents through those website tags. These tools load only when their public identifier is deliberately configured for the production website and your advertising choice allows them.

Spam and Bot Protection

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile on an inspection form to distinguish people from automated submissions. When it is enabled, Cloudflare may process technical information such as the visitor’s IP address, browser details, and a short-lived verification token. The verification result is used to protect the form and is not treated as a completed lead by itself.

How We Contact You

When you submit an inspection request, you agree that Precision Exteriors may call, text or email you about that request using the contact details you provide. You can provide a phone number or an email address. We retain the submission disclosure, its version and the time it was recorded for verification and recordkeeping. Service providers may help us manage your request and related communications.

Request-related calls, texts and emails are limited to your inspection request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in recurring SMS programs or automated promotional campaigns. Those programs require a separate opt-in for their stated purpose. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you separately opt in to an SMS program, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You can also contact us directly to update your communication preferences or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted partners or vendors who help us deliver services (such as installers, material suppliers, or software tools), but only as needed to fulfill your request.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, and maintain records for business purposes.
