Information We Collect

Address Suggestions

The inspection form may offer address suggestions as you type. To return those matches, the partial address text is sent through our website to a low-volume address-search service that uses OpenStreetMap data. Choosing a suggestion is optional, and you may enter whatever property location details you know instead. Address-search text is not sent to Google Analytics.

Address suggestions use OpenStreetMapdata. The property location details you enter are stored with the request only when you submit the form.

Website Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors move through the site, and whether a website form was started or successfully submitted. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or form-message contents to Google Analytics. Phone-link clicks may be measured for site improvement, but they are not counted as completed website leads.

Analytics may process technical information such as device and browser details, page paths, general location information, and an anonymous event identifier. You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, cookie settings, or supported blocking tools.

Campaign and referral details may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days so an inspection request can be attributed to the visit that introduced you to the site. This browser record does not contain your name, phone number, email address, property address, or form-message contents.

Advertising and Attribution Tools

Precision Exteriors may use a social or advertising attribution tool, such as the Meta Pixel or an advertising-platform measurement tag. When such a tool is enabled, its provider may process technical visit information such as IP address, browser or device details, page path, and campaign click identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, or form-message contents through those website tags. These tools load only when their public identifier is deliberately configured for the production website.

Spam and Bot Protection

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile on an inspection form to distinguish people from automated submissions. When it is enabled, Cloudflare may process technical information such as the visitor’s IP address, browser details, and a short-lived verification token. The verification result is used to protect the form and is not treated as a completed lead by itself.
