The Deptford plan linked roof replacement to gutters and exterior extras. The roofing specification called for a new attic fan instead of ridge ventilation.
The work included
- 21 roofing squares of Owens Corning Duration AR shingles specified in Sand Castle.
- 133 linear feet of white five-inch seamless gutters, downspouts and guards.
- A new attic fan and a plywood allowance of up to three sheets.
- Pipe painting, flagpole-mount replacement, concrete removal and cleanup in the agreed work.
